Have received instructions TO SELL BY AUCTION

On Wednesday the 9th day of June next, at the Bull Inn, IRTHLINGBOROUGH, at six o’clock in the evening. The following very VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY:-
Lot 1. All that Freehold ESTATE, situate in the parish of IRTHLINGBOROUGH, now in the tenure of Mr. Richard Roe, who will shew the premises; consisting of a dwelling-house and shop, orchard, yard, stable, barns, cart hovels, piggery &c.
Lot 2. All that Piece or Parcel of Freehold GROUND, called Baker’s Leys, containing one rood and eleven perches, or thereabouts, bounded on the south east by Back-side Road, on the south west and north west by an allotment to James Cadman; and on the nort east by an ancient enclosure belonging to Earl Fitzwilliam.
Lot 3. All that enclosed Parcel of Freehold LAND, situate in a certain field in IRTHLINGBOROUGH called Knightland Field, containing one acre, two roods, and thirty-four perches, or thereabouts; bounded on the south east by the Addington Road, on the south, north west and north east, by an allotment formerly belonging to Mr. Thomas Freeman Sumpter.
Possession of all the above property may be had at Michaelmas next.
